Shravan, the ideal son who carried his blind parents on the ‘Kavad’ had died here, by an arrow released by Raja Dashrath apprehending to be an animal drinking water. There is a memorial of ShraVan and as parents who died after him.
Once while going for bathing with maternal uncle Vashram Jarmadi and the parents young Ghanshyam was a Sadhu treating blindness, charging hed by sees, Bhagwan Ghanshyam Maharaj seeing some blind people not in a position to pay the fees were not treated. Bhagwan gave such persons an ailing look which made them see. They bowed down and prayed for the maharaj.
